How to Request a Return (Simple 3-Step Process)
We keep returns straightforward so you always know what to expect.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at info@sophiemaeatelier.com and include the following information:

Order number

Full name and shipping address
-
Reason for the return
We will send you a return form along with the appropriate return address.
Step 2 — Send the Item(s)
Once your return request has been approved:

Print and include the return form inside your package

Ensure all items are securely packaged

Clearly mark the package as “Return”

Ship the package using a tracked and insured shipping method

Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the shipment
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund
After the returned item has arrived at our processing center and has been inspected, your refund will be issued within five (5) business days to the original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unworn

Items must be in their original, sealed packaging

No signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations

All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Important Return Information (Please Read Before Sending)
To maintain fair pricing and product availability, returns are processed at our international fulfillment center.
Return Location
All returns are processed in Asia, and return packages must be shipped to the address provided after approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your location and carrier, return shipping may cost approximately $50 CAD.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Acceptable Returns
We cannot accept returns that:

Show signs of wear or use

Are not in original packaging

Are damaged due to improper return packaging

Are sent back without an approved return form
Packages shipped without tracking or insurance are sent at the customer’s own risk. We cannot issue refunds for lost or untracked return shipments.
Bundle & Multi-Buy Offers
If your order included a bundle or multi-buy promotion (e.g. “Buy 2, Save More”), the discount applies only when all items in the bundle are kept.
If part of a bundle is returned:

The promotional discount becomes void

Kept items revert to their original full price
-
The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly
